Senior Technical Paraplanner – Route to Adviser | London | Up to £70,000 + Excellent Benefits | Hybrid

My client, an independent IFA firm in London, is seeking a career-driven Technical Paraplanner who wants more than just a back-office position. This opportunity is for someone looking for influence, visibility, and a genuine path to becoming an Adviser.

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with a Senior Adviser, shaping client strategies and playing a key role in helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals
• Sit in on client meetings and support client relationships
• Produce bespoke, high-quality technical suitability reports
• Conduct deep research and build recommendations
• Contribute to portfolio construction
• Run meaningful cashflow modelling
• Progress toward an Adviser role with full support

We are looking for candidates with:

• 4–5+ years’ experience as a Technical Paraplanner
• Chartered status, or actively working towards it
• Ambition, proactivity, and readiness for the next step

Salary up to £70,000 plus excellent benefits and hybrid working in London.
