Are you a Diploma-qualified Financial Adviser, IFA or Wealth Manager looking to move away from sales pressure and into a role where you can focus on delivering genuinely high-quality, long-term financial advice?
An established, fully independent financial planning firm is looking for an experienced Financial Adviser to join its growing team.
This is a great opportunity to take over an established, revenue-producing client bank of HNW clients across Kent and Sussex, allowing you to build strong, long-term relationships without the usual pressure around cold prospecting or product sales.

- Realistic first-year OTE of £75,000–£100,000+

About you
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience providing regulated financial advice, ideally within a private client environment
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- A genuine focus on delivering holistic, long-term financial planning
- Already Chartered or ambitious to achieve Chartered status
- Based within a reasonable travelling distance of clients across Kent and Sussex
