We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly respected wealth management firm looking for an ambitious Financial Adviser with around 5 years’ experience to join its growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to inherit existing clients while building your own portfolio within a supportive, forward-thinking business that genuinely invests in its people.

The Role

  • Provide holistic financial planning advice to existing clients.
  • Build long-term, trusted client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to grow your client bank.
  • Work alongside experienced paraplanners and client support teams.
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience.

About You

  • Around 5 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser.
  • Level 4 Diploma qualified.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality financial planning.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded and ambitious.
  • Looking to progress your career within a growing wealth management firm.
