Are you an experienced Financial Administrator looking to join a forward-thinking wealth management practice that embraces technology and genuinely invests in its people?
Our client is an established and growing Independent Financial Advice practice based in Brentwood. They are seeking a proactive and organised Financial Administrator to support their team of Financial Advisers in delivering an exceptional client experience.
The Role
- Processing new business and servicing existing clients.
- Preparing documentation for client meetings.
- Liaising with providers and third parties.
- Managing client correspondence by telephone, email and post.
- Supporting Financial Advisers with administrative tasks.
- Maintaining accurate client records using back-office systems.
- Utilising AI-driven technology to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
About You
- Previous experience within an IFA or Wealth Management practice.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive with the ability to use your own initiative.
- Confident communicator with excellent client service skills.
- Comfortable learning and embracing new technology.
- Experience with Intelligent Office, Adviser Office or similar systems would be advantageous.
